We wish to inform you that the Bank has issued and allotted 13300 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on July 042025 to the employees of the Bank pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Accordingly the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 314470217 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 314483517 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
