This is to inform you that the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of DCB Bank Limited (the Bank) was held today i.e. Wednesday August 06 2025 at 2.30 p.m. (IST) through two-way Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means to transact the business as set out in the AGM Notice dated June 16 2025 (Notice). All the items of business contained in the Notice were transacted and passed by the Members with the requisite majority. The AGM commenced at 2:30 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 4.55 P.M. (IST).
