Pursuant to the Regulation 30 33 52 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we enclose herewith the Unaudited Financial Results (Limited Reviewed) of the Bank for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today i.e. on January 23 2026 along with the Limited Review Report of the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank viz. B S R & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants and M/s. Varma & Varma Chartered Accountants. The financial results were considered and approved at 3.20 p.m. and the Board Meeting continued thereafter for consideration of other agenda items.
