Deccan Cements Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday 12th February 2026 at the Registered office of the Company inter alia to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December 2025.Further as per the Notice of closure of Trading Window dated 27th December 2025 the Trading Window will be closed till 14th February 2026 i.e. till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
