The Board approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2022. However due to some financial / technical issues the Auditors of the Company have not given Limited Review Report in respect of the said financial results.Accordingly we are submitting the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2022 without Limited Review Report.The Company hereby undertakes to submit the Limited Review Report once it is received from the Auditors of the Company.
