Un-audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30 2025; 2. declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend if any on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26; &3. Consider issuance of bonus shares in accordance with the applicable provisions and subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company.
