Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended (referred to as the SEBI Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on Tuesday 20th January 2026 (IST) has considered and approved the Appointment of Mr. Woo Sang Kim (DIN: 11458038) as an Additional Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from January 20 2026 based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and such appointment will be subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company and other statutory approvals as may be applicable.
