Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 We would like to inform regarding Increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company to Rs. ?7500000000/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty Crore only) divided into 7500000000 (Seven Hundred Fifty Crore) equity shares of ? 1/- (Rupee One only) each and consequent amendment in Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to the shareholders approval.
