Appointment Of M/S. MKB & Associates Practising Company Secretaries As The Secretarial Auditor Of The Company For A Period Of Five Consecutive Years Commencing From 1St April 2025 To 31St March 2030

This is to inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today 22nd May 2025 has approved appointment of M/s MKB & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years commencing from financial year 2025-26 subject of approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
