Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mrs. Shagun Dewan (ACS: 39872) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. 06.03.2025
