India Infrastructure Trusthas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/07/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Please note that a Meeting of the Pipeline InvIT Committee of Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited acting in its capacity as Investment Manager of India Infrastructure Trust (Trust) will be held on Friday July 7 2023 to inter alia consider and declare distribution to unitholders for and on behalf of the Trust.The record date for the purpose of aforesaid distribution if declared will be Saturday July 15 2023.In accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Trust the trading window for dealing in securities of the Trust by the Designated Persons shall remain closed from Wednesday July 5 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Meeting of the Pipeline InvIT Committee on July 7 2023.You are requested to kindly take the above on record.The same is also available on the website of the Trust i.e. www.indinfratrust.com.
