F Mec International Financial Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve F Mec International Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Thursday 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 and other general corporate matters attached herewith.

Intimation of Amendment of Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association of the company pursuant to increase in Authorized Share Capital of the company.

In accordance with Reg. 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations 2018 we hereby enclose the copy of the RTA certificate w.r.t physical share certificates received for dematerialization of securities for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

The Trading Window shall remain closed from 01 January 2025 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of UFR for the quarter ended December 31 2025 in terms of provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015.
