In accordance with Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 this is to intimate that the Board of Directors in its 226th Meeting held today i.e. Wednesday 12th November 2025 at Corporate Office at FCS House Plot No. 83 NSEZ Noida Dadri Road Phase II Gautam Buddha Nagar Noida- 201305 (U.P.) considered and approved the following business: 1. Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2025 as per IND-AS Rules of Company (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules 2015 together with Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement.The Unaudited Financial Results duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. November 12 2025 together with Limited review report is enclosed herewith.

FCS Software Solutions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday 12th November 2025 inter alia to consider approve following agenda items:- 1. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30th 2025 as per IND-AS Rules of Company (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules 2015.In continuation to our intimation dated September 26th 2025 regarding the closure of Trading Window from October 1st 2025 till 48 hours after public announcement / declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended on September 30th 2025 we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will remain Closed till November 14th 2025 for dealing in shares of the Company for all connected persons/Designated Persons/ insiders including their immediate relatives.
