Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. January 8 2026 approved the appointment of Mr. Varun Dua as an additional Director (Non- Executive Non- Independent) of the Company w.e.f. January 12 2026 subject to obtaining a valid Director Identification Number.
