FIRST CUSTODIAN FUND (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve The Company had informed BSE Limited under Regulation 29 (2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be convened on Tuesday 30th May 2023 at 4.00 p.m. at the Corporate Office of the Company to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2023. The said announcement was filed with BSE Limited on 19th May 2023.Now pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (e) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby intimate that in the said meeting the Board will also consider recommending final dividend if any.
