This is in furtherance to our letter dated 1st September 2025 wherein the Company had submitted its 53rd Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.Subsequent to its submission and circulation to the members/shareholders a few inadvertent typographical errors were noticed in the Annual Report. Accordingly the changes made in the attached Annual Report for the F.Y. 2024-25.
