This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on Monday December 15 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved the voluntary delisting of the companys equity shares from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) in compliance with Regulations 5 & 6 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2021.The Board Meeting Commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 03:45 p.m.

Fortune International Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/12/2025 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to captioned subject we hereby inform that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 15th December 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company at 03:00 p.m. inter alia to consider and approve the voluntary delisting of the companys equity shares from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) in compliance with Regulations 5 & 6 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2021.Kindly take the same on record and acknowledge receipt of the same.

We are hereby submitting standalone and consolidated quarterly and half yearly results as on 30th September 2025 along with the LRR issued by the Statutory Auditor which were approved by the Board of Directors in the board meeting held on 14/11/2025.
