FOURTH GENERATION INFORMATION SYSTEMS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the above stated subject and pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we bring to your kind notice that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 14th February 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company inter-alia to consider and approve the un-audited standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 31stDecember 2024.Further pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from January 01 2025 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting.
