This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company is not required to submit Compliance Report on Corporate Governance for the Quarter ended 31st December 2024 as per Regulation 27(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.This non-applicability is effective from 01st April 2024.

Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 received from M/s. Skyline Financial Services Private Limited the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the Quarter ended 31.12.2024.

Trading Window shall remain closed from Wednesday the 01st day of January 2025 and shall be re-opened 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ending on 31st December 2024 shall be considered.
