Kindly be noted that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company is not required to submit Compliance Report on Corporate Governance for the Quarter ended 31st December 2025 as per Regulation 27(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.This non-applicability as per Regulation 15(2) is effective from 01st April 2024 (F.Y. 2024-25).
