This is with reference to Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoP&NG) Letter No. CA-31032/1/2021-PNG-37493 dated 19.06.2025 regarding nomination of Ms. Kamini Chauhan Ratan Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser MoP&NG (DIN 09831741) in place of Shri Asheesh Joshi Joint Secretary MoP&NG (DIN 09005888) on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 19.06.2025 for a period of three years on co-terminus basis or until further orders whichever is earlier.
