This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st January 2023 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December 2022.
