Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 20l5 as amended and Clarification given by National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide Circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 02 April 2019 and pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Promoters Directors Designated Employees and Connected Persons from today i.e 07th November 2025 till 48 hours of the allotment of the further issue of shares through QIP.Accordingly all Employees Directors Auditors Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to trade in the equity shares of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.This is for your information and record.
