Chinai due to expiry of second term of 5 years w.e.f. 14th October 2025.On cessation of the above Independent Director and in reference to disclosure dated 12th August 2025 the Company has appointed an Independent Director in replacement of the above mentioned Independent Director with effect from 12th August 2025.
