Approve the continuation of directorship of Mrs. Sheila Bharat Shah (DIN: 10652912) as a Non-Executive Non-Independent director of the company post attaining the age of 75 yrs;3. Appointment of M/s Shalini Pandey & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of 5 years;4.
