Gilada Finance Announcement

Details of the securities Dematerialised during the quarter ended 31st December 2024 as required under regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018. The letter confirming the same from our RTA Canbank Computer Services Limited is also encloded in the pdf attached.

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT)Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from 1st January 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financials result for quarter ending 31st December 2024. During the closure of Trading Window all designated persons of the Company have been advised not to deal in Equity shares of the Company.

Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 7(4) of SEBI LODR 2015 we would like to inform that the Company has entered into a Tripartite Agreement on 13th December 2024 with BgSE Financials Limited (New RTA) and M/s CANBANK Computer Services Limited (old RTA).Kindly take the same on record.

Pursuant to Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2015 we are hereby submitting the copy of newspaper Advertisement published on 16th November 2024 in Business Standard (English) and Sanjevani (Kannada) regarding change in Registrar from M/s Canbank Computer Services Limited to M/s BgSE Financials Limited.

In Compliance with the provisions of Regulation of 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regualtions 2015 we hereby enclosed the following-1. Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2024.2. Limited Review Report as given by the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
