Gini Silk Mills Announcement

We are enclosing herewith the Certificate dated January 12 2026 issued by Bigshare Services Private Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company confirming the compliance of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulation 2018 for the quarter ended on December 31 2025.

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 circulars issued by stock exchange and Companys Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01 January 2026 till the conclusion of 48 Hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and Nine month ended December 31 2025.
