This Corrigendum is being issued with reference to our letter dated July 28 2025 with respect to the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-2025. With reference to the captioned subject we have identified the inadvertent error on page number 56 of the Annual Report with respect to the graph for Share price performance in comparison to broad based indices - BSE Sensex. In view of the same we are submitting the updated Annual Report of the Company for F. Y. 2024-25 after incorporating the Correction.The updated Annual Report shall also available on the website of the Company at www.gkb.net
