In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018; we hereby confirm that the Company has not received any demat/remat requests for shares for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including any amendment thereto) we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives as defined under the Code shall be closed from Thursday 1st January 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December 2025.
