This is to inform you that company had appointed Mr. vineet Rattan as CS and compliance officer of the company on 28.02.2025 and he continues to be compliance officer of the company under regulation 6(1) of SEBI Lodr regulations 2015 details required to regulation 30 of SEBI lodr 2015 read with para A of part A of schedule III to the said regulations with regard to changes in directors/kmp is enclosed as Annexure I
