The Board of Directors of GMM Pfaudler Ltd (the Company) at their meeting held today i.e. May 21 2025 have inter-alia considered and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements and recommended final dividend of INR 1/- per equity share subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 62nd AGM.
