Goyal Aluminiums Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday February 13 2026 at 04:30 P.M. to consider and approve inter alia; 1. The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended on December 31st 2025.
