To consider the proposal for issue of Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the Company by capitalization of reserves.2. To consider and approve the proposal to sell and transfer the entire equity shares being held by the Company in its subsidiary namely Omnistar Advertising Private Limited thereby ceasing it to be a subsidiary of the Gradiente Infotainment Limited.
