Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives Directors and Promoters from 1st January 2026. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December 2025 to the Stock Exchange.
