Certificate under Regulation 74 (5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 received from our R&T Agents M/s. MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd dated January 07 2026 is attached.

The Trading Window of the Corporation shall be closed from Monday the 1st January 2026 upto 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Corporation for the quarter and nine months ending December 31 2025 notice whereof is attached.

BSE Ltd imposed fine of Rs.988840/- on the Corporation for non-compliance with provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 disclosure of which is attached.
