we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. Saturday 20th December 2025 at the registered office of the Company located at 2nd Floor 19 Parsi Panchayat Road Andheri (East) Mumbai-400069 inter alia noted that the Company has been unable to redeem its 7% Unlisted Secured Unrated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (Series-IV Debenture) amounting to Rs. 14678900 which were due for redemption today i.e. 20th December 2025.
