Upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board approved the introduction of Havells ESPS 2026 framed in accordance with SEBI (SBEB & Sweat Equity) Regulations 2021 which will be recommended for the approval of the Shareholders in the next AGM.
