As per the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading in the Shares of the Company by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading window will be closed from January 1 2026 to January 30 2026 both days inclusive. The same has been informed to all Designated Persons of the Company.
