We wish to inform you that the Company has converted its existing investment in Optionally Convertible Debenture (OCD) in Square Port Shipyard Private Limited a Wholly Owned Subsdiary Company into equity shares. Consequent to said conversion of OCD into equity shares the the Square Port Shipyard Private Limited is still remail wholly owned Subsidiary company.
