We would like to inform you that Mr. Manish Gangey Executive President- Product Management of the Company has vide his letter dated January 08 2026 tendered his resignation from the services of the Company due to personal reasons. A copy of the letter received from him is enclosed herewith. The Company has accepted his resignation and he will be relieved from the services with effect from the close of business hours on January 23 2026. The requisite details as prescribed under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31 2024 as per attached letter.
