Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench has ordered the commencement of Liquidation of the Hindustan Dorr Oliver Limited under Section 33 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 and has appointed Mr. CA Amit Gupta as Liquidator of the Company.
