As per the Scrutinizers Report the shareholders of the company have approved all the resolutions as mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice dated July 292025 Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 enclosed herewith voting results of Postal ballot in the format as prescribed along with the Scrutinizer Report. Accordingly please find enclosed the same herewith.
