Thaletec GmbH a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company has acquired 100% of the equity share capital of HLE Surface Technologies GmbH (formerly known as Blitz F25-14 GmbH) on 28th July 2025 and consequent to this acquisition it has become a Wholly Owned Step-down Subsidiary of the Company.
