Board Meeting Outcome for Allotment Of Equity Shares Pursuant To The Scheme Of Amalgamation

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today on September 27 2025 has allotted 1189259 fully-paid up equity shares of Rs.2 to the eligible shareholders of the Transferor Company (other than the Transferee Company whose shares are cancelled) who were holding shares as on the Effective Date in compliance with the Clause 8 of the Scheme.
