The Company has considered and approved the Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 in the nature of merger / amalgamation of 25 West Realty Private Limited a group company which is being jointly controlled by persons forming part of the Promoter and Promoter Group of Hubtown Limited with Hubtown Limited.
