IFL Enterprises Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/07/2025 inter alia to consider and approve This is with reference to our earlier announcement dated 3rd July 2025 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of IFL Enterprises Ltd. scheduled to be held on Thursday 17th July 2025 to assess the feasibility of proposed new business ventures which are anticipated to offer significant growth prospects in emerging and high-demand sectors.We hereby inform you that due to the current preoccupation of the management and the Board of Directors the Company has decided to reschedule the meeting.Accordingly the Board of Directors has resolved to postpone the said meeting to Thursday 24th July 2025 wherein the agenda items as previously intimated will be taken up for discussion.
