The Exchange has sought clarification from IIFL Capital Services Ltd on January 7 2026 with reference to news appeared in https://economictimes.indiatimes.com dated January 7 2026 quoting TPG nears deal to buy 30-40% stake in Nirmal Jains IIFL Capital open offer likely <BR><BR>The reply is awaited.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution dated January 01 2026 allotted 448210 Equity Shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of stock options under IIFL Securities Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2018 (IIFL ESOS - 2018). The said equity shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares from the date of allotment. Upon allotment the equity base of the Company stands increased from 310867784 to 311315994 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. Kindly take the same on record and oblige.
