The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held earlier today have inter-alia approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31 2025 along with the Auditors Report thereon as enclosed herewith and recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.25/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up of the Company @225% subject to the approval of the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
