Further to our intimation on the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company (Board) dated 23rd June 2025 where the issue of equity shares of the Company of Face value of ? 1.00 (Rupee One Only) each (Equity Shares) was approved by way of a rights issue for an aggregate amount not exceeding ? 470000000/- (Rupees Forty Seven Crores Only) (Rights Issue) in accordance with the provisions of The SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 The SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and The Companies Act 2013 and the rules made there under as amended from time to time.
