Pursuant to applicable provisions IndiGrid has submitted the outcome of the Board Meeting held on July 28 2023 which includes financial information review reports issued by Statutory Auditors and valuation report. Further press release and investor presentation for Q1FY24 are also submitted to the exchanges. The above-mentioned submissions shall be construed as the Quarterly Report in compliance with Regulation 23(4) of InvIT Regulations.
